Themes for iPhone

Themes are the best way to make your iPhone your own. They are the ultimate in customization. Themes can range from simple icon sets to full UI (user interface) customizations. Some are free and some are paid themes. All of the themes here, and more, can be found at Cydia for download. Here is a list of some of the best (in my opinion) and most complete themes available:

iCatalystHD: This is a theme created by one of the themers at ModMyi.com. Subywrex put a lot of time and effort into this awesome theme. You can get more details on it HERE. Some of the key features on iCatalyst are worth noting here. One is the fact that it is an HD theme, so everything is presented in high definition, perfect for the iPhone4 retina display. It is a full UI, so it themes everything for you, the lockscreen, dialer, calculator, all navigation buttons on apps, etc. One very cool feature of iCatalyst is that, on the lockscreen, you can set it to display any picture you want in a smaller inset "frame" on the lockscreen. Another key feature is that it has a live weather widget that will show your location, time, and weather conditions right on your home screen. The standard color scheme right now for the Beta release is the blue, however, subywrex is working on various color mods for the full theme.

Here are a couple of screen shots showing the live weather widget in action. I love the way the weather icon shows up partially hidden behind the wallpaper.

  AfterHours: A theme created by FreeApple over at ModMyi. Alot of time and work went into this theme to make it what it is today. It is a full UI replacement, taking care of every part of your iPhone. I put up a couple of pictures of the theme and you can go HERE to check out the rest of the pics and information on AfterHours.  iFlat for iOS4: This is another great theme, and was created specifically for iOS4.

The creator of this theme is Ronaldinho10 over at the ModMyi forums.  He spent 

alot of time and energy making this theme what it is now. And, incidentally, this 

is the theme I currently have on my iPhone. Go HERE to read more about this
